We are pleased to inform you that, effective April 2026,
Taisuke Morita, have been appointed as President of TOOL TAIHEI Co., Ltd.,
succeeding Ms. Masako Morita.
As we proudly enter our 49th fiscal term,
I am fully committed to building upon the strong foundation
established by my predecessor and to further advancing
the growth and development of our company.
Ms. Masako Morita has stepped down from her position
as President as of the same date. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere
